Return Policy

In-person orders

All sales are final due to the nature of the material. Please inspect your plant before purchase. Exchanges are valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Plants must be returned in acceptable condition.

Deliveries

By accepting the delivery, you have agreed to have either inspected or waived inspection of the material.

Any damaged material should be reported to GDNC Nursery immediately for replacement options. More information on our plant delivery service here.

Online Orders

All sales are final due to the nature of the material. Damaged material should be reported within 3 days of the delivery date to GDNC Nursery for replacement options. GDNC Nursery reserves the right to request the plant material be shipped back in the event they deem the material salvageable. Visit online store here.
